Welcome to Portland, well known for its laid-back lifestyle and foodie culture!

A great array of fun events and meal options await you at ClickerExpo. Breakfasts and lunches are prepared by the hotel and available for purchase as listed below. We also have great dinner events both Friday and Saturday nights; come and join us for one or both! Meal and related event options will be presented to you during the registration process.

Full descriptions, menus, and pricing are detailed below. Vegetarian options are presented at each meal.

Please note, prices are for advance purchase only and no on-site purchases will be available.. The last day to purchase or change meals for ClickerExpo Portland is Friday, January 13, 2017 by 12:00 pm (ET).

Thursday Welcome Reception, presented by Karen Pryor Academy

ClickerExpo kicks off on Thursday evening with a complimentary Welcome Reception sponsored by Karen Pryor Academy (KPA). Join us for light hors d'oeuvres, access to a cash bar and networking as you check in at registration and settle in for an exciting weekend.

Friday Breakfast | $12 per person

Includes assorted warm muffins, sliced fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee, regular and decaffeinated and herbal tea, chilled orange, apple and cranberry juices and a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, peppers and cheese (vegetarian option will be available).

Friday Lunch | $21.50 per person

Friday’s networking roundtable lunch features a pasta buffet with:

  • Caesar Salad with Crisp Romaine, Aged Parmesan & Herb Croutons
  • Penne Pasta with Bolognese Sauce
  • Radiatorre Pasta with mushroom, artichokes, cream (vegetarian)
  • Oven Roasted Vegetables
  • Fresh Baked Focaccia Bread
  • Assorted Cookies
  • Coffee/Tea/Decaf

Friday Night Networking Event | $26.50 per person

Each year the networking evening carries a fun theme, and 2017 is no different. Pack your sequined bellbottoms; we’re taking it back to the disco-era and celebrating the 1970s. Enjoy music, games, a photo booth, a costume contest, and networking team trivia over hearty appetizers and a cash bar.

Fill your stomach and your personal organizer at the same time! You'll be exchanging ideas, contacts and more. Don't forget your business cards!

Menu options include:

  • Roma Tomato Cups filled with mascarpone cheee, carmelized onions, herbs
  • Antipasto Skewers: marinated mozzarella, tomatoes, artichokes
  • Tandoori Chicken Meatballs
  • B.B.Q. Pork sliders with shredded pork, mustard sauce, pickle chips, biscuit
  • Teriyaki Chicken Wings
  • Vegetable Empanadas: corn, curry, potatoes, squash, lentils, cilantro

Saturday Breakfast | $12 per person

Includes assorted warm danish, sliced fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee, regular and decaffeinated and herbal tea, chilled orange, apple and cranberry juices and a warm breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese and smoked turkey served on an english muffin (vegetarian option will be available).

Saturday Lunch | $21.50 per person

Saturday’s networking roundtable lunch features a Make Your Own Deli Sandwich with:

  • Chef’s Soup of the Day
  • Pasta Salad and Mustard Potato Salad
  • Roast turkey, roast beef and seared tofu
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes, dark leafy greens, roasted red peppers and sliced cucumbers
  • Mayo, mustard and pickles
  • Wheat bread, white bread
  • Brownies
  • Regular & decaf coffee service and herbal tea

Saturday Night Conference Dinner | $43.50 per person

Join us for an evening of inspiration and lively conversation on Saturday Night of ClickerExpo. This seated dinner will feature a facilitated panel discussion between members of the ClickerExpo Faculty and provide attendees the opportunity to ask question of the Faculty and network with each other.

Menu options include:

  • Freshly Baked Artisan Bread & Butter
  • Spinach Salad with crisp pears, sun-dried cranberries, carrots, and an apple honey dressing.
  • Parmesan Crusted Chicken
  • Finished with a Tomato & Caper Butter Sauce
  • Grilled Flank Steak (gluten free item)
  • Sliced and topped with Mushroom Demi Glaze
  • Rosemary Baby Red Potatoes
  • Seasonal Fresh Vegetable

Sunday Breakfast | $12 per person

Includes assorted warm scones, sliced fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee, regular and decaffeinated and herbal tea, chilled orange, apple and cranberry juices and scrambled eggs with bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions (vegetarian option will be available).

Sunday Lunch | $21.50 per person
