Sarra bit a dog at the park today. The dog came in before I got a chance to grab Sarra's collar and Sarra went after her. It wasn't bad, no punctures, just a scratch and was over in seconds. Sarra let me catch her and take her out of the park within moments. It's been about half an hour and my heart is still beating fast.
She's never injured another dog before. I am hoping for some advice as to what to do next. I'm not planning on going back to the park anytime soon, but can anyone suggest things I can do to lessen the chances that this will happen again?
