Day two, ''Sadie, Sit!''

Sadie is doing so well at training. She very sweetly and somewhat well behaved AT TRAINING. She does not respond to the voice command yet, but she does respond to the hand signal. She also learned today how to it in a busy area. She is doing very good, please comment below or give feedback.

Hand signals

 In the last two years of our dog's life she became almost totally deaf.  So, hand signals are important to teach as well.   Also, if your dog has run off some distance and into a noisy, congesteed area, a hand signal for "down" or "come" can be a life saver.  Don't worry about voice response yet.  Your dog should catch on soon enough.
