My puppy(bull mastiff)does not respond to sound

Hello,

I am having problems with my 2months old bull mastiff,it does not seem to nderstand any sound.Even when it's asleep or  standing but not facing you,it does not respond to sounds.it only responds when it looks at you and sees what you are trying to do.Hope my dog is not deaf?

Please what can i do.
