It's not that the rabbits can't see this target stick, with the small yellow ball on the end of it, it's just that I have seen videos of rabbits being trained with target sticks that do have larger balls on them, and I wonder if I am doing my rabbits a disservice -- frustrating them -- with the smaller ball.
At my fiance's suggestion, this morning I went out to the Dollar Store in Brunswick just several miles down the highway from us, hoping to find some useful pingpong balls for this purpose, and they had none. We had also hoped that they would have multi-colored balls that could be used for this purpose, but to no avail. All they had was a smallish rubber baseball and two foot-ball shaped nerfs, one blue and one orange. I bought one of each of the three products, only to have my fiance look askance at me when I got home: it wasn't what either of us had had in mind. I suppose I could try Sports Authority or something like that, just for pingpong balls. . . What do you think? Any suggestions
