Hi , I am a crossover trainer , changing training methods has been a bit of a challenge but its getting easier.
I have five dogs ,2 sled dogs (Maya , Granite) and a border collie(Nash)terrier mix(Serena) toy poodle(Chiquita)
It has been a bit chaotic switching methods , but I am seeing the results and am so glad I have stuck with it.
Clicker training has been so much more fun for me and the dogs. Serena has had an issue with nail trimming for about 4 years, she would kick and show teeth. Today she placed her paw in my hand and kept it there while I clipped one nail, this only took about 5 sessions.
