Day 2 of clicker training seems to be going much better than day 1! I've actually gotten my adorable cat to touch the target, which she is no longer afraid of (mostly). She's also not so scared of the noise the clicker makes. I think it just took me a really long time to "charge" the clicker for her. Or maybe she really wasn't hungry/didn't like the bonito flakes. I used some kibble last night, and now am using those "dental" treats, though I don't know how much they actually help her teeth. But she likes them, and I can keep them in my pocket, so they're useful for clicker training.
