I have a 20 month old Aussie, who is a great dog and really smart. When the neighbor's dog barks (who lives behind us) to go in at his house, she barks and charges the fence, not stopping until I go and get her, telling her 'no bark'. It happens frequently, especially between 5 and 5:30 am, when they are up, letting their dog out from the night in. Suggestions?
