In this Session, Debbie Martin, author of the KPCT book Puppy Start Right and the new Puppy Start Right for Instructors course from Karen Pryor Academy, will discuss the importance of offering puppy socialization classes, and why all trainers should provide a class for dogs younger than four months of age. Join Michele Pouliot as she distills the principles and lessons that will help you to help others make better training choices for themselves and for the animals in their care. In this Session, you'll learn how to help people and organizations "cross over" to clicker training. You'll be made more aware of the challenges traditional trainers face in adopting clicker training.
