Michelle McClelland, Karen Pryor Academy (KPA) Certified Training Partner (CTP) and the owner of My Dog the Dolphin in Duncanville, Texas, is celebrating a third-place win in the 2012 Extreme Mutt Makeover challenge. The challenge is a terrific initiative that helps to promote pet adoption and the benefits of positive training. For the challenge, trainers were paired with shelter dogs and had six weeks to teach the dogs the skills they need to become more adoptable. Michelle was paired with Lilli, a two-year-old terrier mix pulled from a kill shelter.
