Waltham, MA, Jan 8, 2008 -- ClickerExpo announces the 2008 season of its highly popular conference series for animal trainers at every level, from new dog owners to professional zookeepers. If you've ever wanted to know how trainers bond with orca whales, teach sea lions to play soccer, or train a dog to lie down quietly outside the local coffee shop while they sip a cup of java inside, then ClickerExpo is for you.
The ClickerExpo faculty includes 15 top trainers, including competitors in canine sports and leaders from premier animal institutions and schools across the world, all brought together by training innovator and author Karen Pryor.
Learn the all-positive training techniques used by top animal trainers to teach any animal almost anything. At ClickerExpo, you can practice teaching your dog to retrieve (not eat!) a hot dog and watch live training sessions by the stellar faculty. Teachers and attendees listen, practice, and learn from each other for up to three days of unparalleled interaction in over 50 sessions.
Last season, over 900 people attended ClickerExpo. Each one left with a head full of new ideas, practical experience, and a dose of life-changing inspiration. Find out what clicker training can really do! Attendees are welcome to bring their dogs and to work with them during the conference's highly acclaimed Learning Labs.
ClickerExpo is coming to two locations in 2008: Los Angeles, CA, February 1-3, and Lexington, KY, March 28-30. ClickerExpo is organized by Karen Pryor Clickertraining and proudly sponsored by BRAVO Raw Diet, the Kong Company, and Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior.
