Sometimes dogs soil the house if they are scared of being home alone. If you can set up a video and film her after you leave it will be easier to determine if that is the case. If she is also destructive and/or barks/howls that is further indication that she is scared.
If it is separation anxiety you will need to contact a good behaviourist.
Often housesoiling is question of non-completed housetraining.
Start over, think of her as a puppy and do the things suggested here:

Basically: supervision and frequent trips outside. Supplemented by cratetraining is often the solution. Do concider how many hours the dog will be crated though.
