Clicking with others around

I am trying to reteach my GSP's freestack, and part of it is capturing "ears" and his tail out.

When I have my other dogs out in the room with me, is it okay to click/treat Dylan for ears/tail and not reinforce the others? Will it deteoriate the other dogs' "trust" of the clicker?

Have you tried one of those clickers that makes different sounds...you condition each dog to their own "click".

I don't like clicking one dog with the others present. They all come rushing over looking for a treat. I train each separately or sometimes I put one in a down stay and do something with the other, for each click I give the working dog a treat and toss a treat to the dog in down-stay.
