Camp Gone to the Dogs is an agility dog training camp in Stowe, VT where you can spend a week with your dog weaving, jumping and learning. NECN (New England Cable News) just did a story on them, and you can watch it here.
Though they don't explicitly say they use clicker training on their website, they do pledge only positive training methods:
Our guiding principles are kindness, fairness and love. We use only positive training methods- treats, toys, play and petting. If it's not fun for your dog, we won't do it.
