I recommend to clients that they keep training treats in containers all around the house, especially in rooms they use often. (I have several containers in various parts of my living room alone!) If you need to reward a behavior, fix something in the moment, or conduct a short training session, the treats will be handy!
I also ask clients to keep a clicker in their pockets, on their wrists, or around their necks when they are at home. Again, when the need arises, the clicker is right there to be clicked.
No rushing around for treats or clickers if you plan ahead!
