The Mercure Bolton Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa is steeped in history. Surrounded by a quaint village, the hotel enjoys breathtaking views of the West Pennine Moors. The moorlands cover 90 square miles and can be accessed directly from the hotel grounds. The spa includes a heated swimming pool with outside section, fitness centre, Jacuzzi, sauna, and solarium. A short drive from Bolton and Manchester, the hotel is close to major road networks and is 23 miles from Manchester Airport.

ClickerExpo Special Room Rate:

  • £86 per night, including full buffet breakfast. Maximum of two (2) adults per room. Many of the double occupancy rooms can be booked with either double or single beds. Make your request when you make your reservation.
  • Family rooms including breakfast: £129 for two adults and one child
  • Executive room including breakfast: £106 for single or double occupancy

Be sure to book your room prior to 23.59 on the 14th January. Reservations made after this time are subject to availability. Please note that rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out if you do not reference ClickerExpo when making reservations.

Hotel Policies:

  • Hotel Dog Policy: £25 per room for any dog under 50lb's or £40 per room for any dog over 50lb's - this will be refunded on departure as long as no damage has been made or additional cleaning needs to be done.

Transportation/Directions

Driving:

  • Using the M6 from the south
    • Take the M6 to Junction 21A.
    • Join the M62 heading toward Leeds, then the M60 toward Bolton.
    • At Junction 15, take the A666.
    • Follow the A666 Blackburn signs out of Bolton.
    • Pass through Dunscar Village on the A666.
    • Approximately 1 mile further along, turn right at the war memorial to head toward Bromley Cross on the B6472.
    • At the traffic lights, turn left and proceed up the hill to the hotel, which will be found on the left side.
  • Using the M6 from the north
    • Take the M6 to Junction 30 and then join the M61 toward Manchester and Bolton.
    • At Junction 6, exit onto A6027 toward Bolton North/Horwich.
    • At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Chorley New Rd/A673.               
    • Turn left onto Victoria Rd/A58 and go through one roundabout.
    • Turn left onto Blackburn Rd/A666.
    • Pass through Dunscar Village on the A666.
    • Approximately 1 mile further along, turn right at the war memorial to head toward Bromley Cross on the B6472.
    • At the traffic lights, turn left and proceed up the hill to the hotel, which will be found on the left side.
  • From the West
    • Take Route 58 East (toward Norfolk).
    • Follow 58 East to Interstate 264 East (toward Norfolk).
    • Go through the downtown tunnel and over the bridge.
    • Take the Waterside Drive Exit and stay on the left. The hotel will be on your left.
  • Using the M62 from the East
    • Join the M62 heading toward Manchester and then the M60 toward Bolton.
    • At Junction 15, take the A666.
    • Follow the A666 Blackburn signs out of Bolton.
    • Pass through Dunscar Village on the A666.
    • Approximately 1 mile further along, turn right at the war memorial to head toward Bromley Cross on the B6472.
    • At the traffic lights, turn left and proceed up the hill to the hotel, which will be found on the left side.
  • Using the M62 from the West
    • Continue onto M62 towards Manchester.
    • At Junction 12-M60 N, exit toward Bolton/Ring Road N. 
    • Merge onto M60.        
    • At Junction 15, exit onto M61 toward Preston/Bolton/Wigan.           
    • Continue on to the A666 out of Bolton.
    • Pass through Dunscar Village on the A666.
    • Approximately 1 mile further along, turn right at the war memorial to head toward Bromley Cross on the B6472.
    • At the traffic lights, turn left and proceed up the hill to the hotel, which will be found on the left side.

Railway Station

  • Bolton (5.80 km/3.60 mi). Taxi fee to the hotel approximately £10.00 or change trains at Bolton and travel through to Bromley Cross and then take a taxi. Fee approximately £5.00

Airport—Manchester International (MAN)

  • Travel distance from airport to hotel: approximately 23 miles
  • Options for getting to and from the hotel include:
    • Train
      • From the airport station, travel direct to the Bolton train station, which is approximately 3 miles from the hotel.
      • Or, change at Bolton to Bromley Cross Station, which is approximately 1 mile from the hotel.
